When clients purchase our services offline, they are agreeing to the following contractual obligations:

• A fee of 50% at the start of the project
• A fee of 50% on completion, or after 27 days if sooner.
• Our final invoice has 14-day payment terms.
• There is a limit of 2 edits/changes after the final payment. These must be requested within 21 days of completion
• After 21 days additional fees are charged at £50 per hour

When clients purchase our services through our online store, they are agreeing to the following contractual obligations:

Full refunds are only available before work begins (usually 24 hours after purchase). 

Once we begin work, partial refunds are offered as illustrated below:

After 1 days work – 80%

After 2 days work – 60%

After 3 days work – 40%

After 4 days work – 20%

A partial refund of up to 50% may be available by negotiation if after receiving the first draft the client can provide substantive evidence that the work completed is not fit for purpose and cannot be improved in the next revision period. 

The following terms apply to all clients:

We reserve the right to cancel projects if we are unable to meet client requirements due to a lack of relevant expertise (100% refund) or if the client makes additional requests which are outside the scope of the work and are unprepared to accept this (up to 50% based on work undertaken at that point).

We do not deal with the legal aspects of any immigration applications. The information and feedback we provide are not substitutes for legal advice under any circumstance. We are unable to guarantee that clients will secure funding, visas or investment. While we work hard to ensure the client is in the best possible position, external market factors, legislation, government rules and individual judgments will all affect the potential outcomes of any project.
