U.S.A. Visa Business Plans

We have considerable experience developing plans for clients in Canada and the U.S. Our experience covers the breadth of Visa related business plans. In addition to the specific immigration routes outlines below, all our other plans – for grants, loans, and investments, are suitable for clients regardless of their geographical location.

L1 Business Plan

The L1 visa is an immigration option for people looking to live and work in the USA. The L1 visa allows foreign businesses to transfer certain employees to a US branch, parent, subsidiary, or affiliate company. It is a temporary visa for individuals who do not intend to immigrate permanently, but wish to relocate temporarily as a business owner, manager, or employee with specialist knowledge.

While applicants of multinational companies and internally recognised brands often require a letter confirming their plans, smaller firms usually need a plan to show how the business will grow and develop in the US. Our L1 plans help our clients demonstrate how the applicant has the skills, qualifications and resources required to ensure the business is successful.

E2 Treaty Visa

The E-2 Treaty Investor Visa is a non-immigrant temporary visa for nationals of a country with which the United States maintains a treaty of friendship, commerce, and navigation. The Visa allows the applicant to develop and direct the operations of a business they have invested in.

A good business plan is one of the most important parts of the application and needs to show the level of investment, future staffing plans and overall business confidence.

The E2 visa investment amount is by far the most significant part of the criteria that must be satisfied, but the employment of U.S. workers is also very important and your professionally created E2 business plan will detail your hiring plan over the next five years, including detailed job descriptions of each employee you plan to hire.

E1 Visa Plans

The E1 visa is for investors who are engaged in substantial trade with the US. A robust business plan is essential to show how your activities will contribute to economic growth and job creation.

EB5 Direct Investment Visa

The EB-5 visa is for individuals who have invested, or are in the process of investing, at least $1.8m in a new business venture, with plans to employ at least ten full-time staff within the first two years. It also applied to applicants investing in targeted employment areas (TEAs) with a minimum investment of $900,000.

Our friendly, dedicated, and experienced team guide you through the process, drawing on their previous experience and years of expertise.
